Free shipping on orders over $100
We aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible and because we generally keep stock on hand, we will endeavor to process & dispatch your order within two to three business days, and a little longer for rural deliveries. Please note, we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.
Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within the next two business days.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your order.
If you would like to collect your items from on of our stores please select "Pick Up” box in the shipping section.
We are happy to send orders overseas, however postage will be calculated individually for these orders. Please contact us for a delivery quote.

Returns & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with a product, please let us know immediately. If the product is faulty we will gladly replace it for you.
You have two weeks from date of purchase to exchange an item. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and we require a receipt, exchange card or proof of purchase.
Freight and associated costs of all product exchanges will be met by the customer.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange earrings.
